Winsor & Newton Professional Watercolour Prussian Blue is a tranparent, deep blue color. It is permanent with excellent lightfastness and staining capabilities. Diesbach around 1704 making it the first synthetic blue pigment. It quickly gained favor as an alternative to genuine Ultramarine.
