Winsor & Newton Winton Oil Colour Dark Verdigris is a transparent, deep green with a very deep mass tone and natural green undertones that bridges a gap between Sap Green and Oxide of Chromium. It is mixed with linseed oil and is a permanent color with excellent lightfastness. This pigment sits well within the ochres and umbers although it is not an actual earth color.
Made from high-quality pigments, Winton Oil Colours are durable, lightfast and permanent. With Winton's uniform consistency, it is exceptional for general use and ideal for working in large volume at the highest level. It offers excellent retention of brush and palette knife strokes.
