Winsor & Newton Professional Watercolour Cobalt Green is a semi-opaque bright green color with a strong blue undertone. It is extremely permanent with granulation capabilities. It was discovered by Swedish chemist Sven Rinman in 1780 by making a compound of cobalt and zinc.
