Great for making work in oil pastel and wax crayon smudge-proof. Talens Oil Pastel Varnish features a synthetic dispersion in water with built-in surfactants that dries within one hour to a colorless, transparent and waterproof finish. Gives a satin gloss and has hardly any effect on the colors. Can be thinned with water.
