Paint expressive florals from a reference in Buffy Kaufman's "Poured Florals" class. Learn how to "pour" watercolor. You will also explore negative painting and stenciling techniques during this workshop. Stencils and photo reference print outs will be provided.

Materials Recommended: Hahnemuhle "The collection" or Arches 140lb cold press paper 9"x12" or larger, Princeton Aqua Elite Professional 4pc Set (set includes Round 2, Round 8, Angle Shader 1/2" and Wash 3/4"), Princeton Neptune Quill size 6, Tooth Brush, Tooth Brush

Materials Provided: Daniel Smith Watercolor Paint (Hansa Yellow Light, Quinacridone Sienna, Quinacridone Red, Quinacridone Magenta, Phthalo Turquoise, Phthalo Blue Red). Additionally: Board to tape paper to, towel or tray to pour excess paint onto, Pencil, Eraser, Tape, Water Cups, Toilet Paper, Paint Mixing Cups, Spray Mister or Spray Bottle, Dryer.
