Are you struggling with your alla prima oil portraits, or interested to learn how to approach painting in oil from a live model? This three-hour course may help. An overview of skull anatomy, proportions, structural planes, essential materials, and more will be introduced and demonstrated. Then you will have a chance to put it into practice right away as we work from the live model.
Materials Provided: Canvas, brushes, Oil Paint: White, Ivory Black, Cadmium Yellow, Yellow Ochre, Cadmium Red, Venetian Red, Raw Umber, French Ultramarine.
Please note this in person class is limited to 14 students. Students under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by an adult.
