The PanPastel Colorless Blender is a medium that can be used for a variety of new effects including increasing transparency and enhancing color "flow". It can be used before color is applied (under the color), or mixed with the color after it is applied. It also has all the characteristics of PanPastel Colors i.e. mixable, erasable, low dust, lightfast and professional artist's quality.
PanPastel Colors are professional artists' quality soft pastel colors packed in a unique pan format (cake-like). Their special qualities mean that artists can blend and apply pastel (dry) color like paint for the first time. Each PanPastel color is loaded with the finest quality artists' pigments for the most concentrated colors possible. Made using a unique manufacturing process requiring minimal binder & fillers, resulting in rich, ultra soft and super-blendable colors with low dust for a cleaner working environment. You can use PanPastel for painting, drawing and mixed media.
