The new 400 Series Marker paper works beautifully with a range of marker types, but was created specifically for alcohol based markers. One of the first things you'll notice about this new paper is that it is very smooth. The reason for this is when artists use marker on their paper, they want to make sure there is no drag when they are laying down color. The ultra-smoothness of the sheet ensures even strokes and clean lines, and prevents chewing of the marker nib.
