Extends the open time of your color/medium by 40% so it is blendable and workable for longer. Maintains the same level of transparency while lowering viscosity. Ideal for dry and hot climates. Fully intermixable with all Liquitex products.
Start by adding up to 25% of Slow-Dri to your color/medium. Stir slowly to mix well, and use. If you're working over a long period of time, mix into color on the palette to keep it fresh and skin-free for longer.
As this is an additive --with no acrylic binders - do not add more than 25% to your color/medium and do not mix with other additives. This can cause the acrylic film to break down, leaving it sticky and prone to shrinkage. Do not use with any non-acrylic media.
