Liquitex Professional Heavy Body paint in Manganese Blue Hue (275) is an opaque deep mid blue hue color made with a mix of phthalocyanine blue, titanium white and phthalocyanine green (blue shade). This color replicates the original manganese blue, a modern synthetic pigment which was used for swimming pool grout and by artists, before being withdrawn due to safety issues.
