Liquitex Basics Acrylic Modeling Paste 250ml
Liquitex Basics Modeling Paste allows for building 3D shapes in your paintings while maintaining paint adhesion, durability and archival quality. Drying to a hard "stone-like" opaque matte finish, this dried texture can be sanded, carved or be handled like clay. Modeling Paste can be used on its own, mixed with color, or painted with acrylics, oils, watercolor, graphite or dry pastels when dry. For the best applications, make sure to use either a palette knife or sculpting tools.
Basics acrylic mediums are excellent student-quality formulas - ideal when you're starting out, when you're on a budget or when you're experimenting. Find a medium to help prep your surfaces, adjust paint consistency, flow and sheen. You can change color opacity, drying time and texture, and protect your finished work.
Use on non-flexible supports only. Ensure it is completely dry before sanding or carving by building up in thin layers.
