Cornaline d'Egypte fountain pen ink is inspired by carnelian, a semi-precious orange-red stone. Ancient Egyptians called carnelian "setting sun" and believed its fiery hues aided in spiritual transition. In lithotherapy, carnelian symbolizes vitality, courage, and motivation.
Note: This ink is for pens, never mix this ink with another. Before filling ink pot or fountain pen, rinse thoroughly. Shake the bottle well before filling the writing instrument for best results. If your pen is inactive for a while, Herbin recommends to empty and clean it.
