Exploring new techniques is important as an artist, and sometimes that means shaking up what you paint on. What if your painting surface was already full of color and pattern? Join Olivia Stude in a panel prep and painting workshop with style: Fabric Painting. Through this workshop you will learn how to adhere, prime, and paint on patterned fabric, and discover how colorful surfaces can enrich your artistic process!
Materials Provided: Fabric to paint on, masonite panel, clear gesso, brushes, acrylic paint, paper towel
Materials Suggested: You are welcome to bring an image to use as a reference for your painting, the instructor will also bring references you can choose from as well.
Please note this in person class is limited to 12 students.
