Artist Son Do will focus on basic watercolor painting techniques (wet on wet, wet on dry and wet/dry combination, brush techqniues and how to explore with color). Paint along with one-on-one guidance as needed. Prior knowledge of watercolor painting is welcome, but not required. We aim to have fun exploring and discovering watercolor painting to start you on a new journey!

Materials Required: 8x10 cold press watercolor paper, Round brush #6, #8, or #10 (and others if you have them), watercolor tube paint (cadmium red, yellow, green, cobalt blue, burnt sienna, raw sienna, indigo blue and alizarin crimson, sap green, and permanent rose), Staedtler Mars 2B or HB graphite pencil, kneaded or plastic eraser, carbon transfer sheet 8.5x11, masking tape, sponge, tissue (like kleenex, non moisturized), palette for paint.

Please note this in person class is limited to 12 students. This is a hybrid class, there may be students attending online.
