Holbein's White Ibis is a high performing watercolor paper that is manufactured in Japan with the specifications similar to European watercolor paper. This 3" x 3" (75 x 75mm) acid-free 140lb Cold press watercolor paper features the right balance of roughness and white color surface to give artists the ability to create beautiful works of art using various techniques. Holbein thought of a very unique presentation by mounting Ibis paper on a rigid 1/16" thick board that has an attractive Naples Yellow backing paper embedded with specs of metallic silver leaf and trims each panel with a metallic gold edging on all four sides creating a beautiful border to accent your artwork.
White Ibis watercolor paper is a high-quality watercolor paper made in Japan with a high blend of high-quality pulp and cotton. By reducing absorption, the paint stays evenly on the surface, resulting in beautiful color development. Its surface strength is strong and it is suitable for a variety of watercolor techniques. It has a medium-grained paper texture that is slightly coarse, and is characterized by its white color.
