This is a robust collection of beautiful and useful colors, ready to capture any subject--especially landscapes, from the city to the country and everywhere in between. The set includes expanded (cool, warm and special) primaries, gorgeous secondary greens, core earth colors, plus a neutral gray that allows endless color mixing combinations. All 24 hand-poured half pans are removable and refillable.
The lid has four large paint-mixing wells and the fold-out section has eight smaller wells. The center section is removable and beneath it are seven more mixing wells. The inside is painted with a white enamel for easy clean-up with a soft cloth or paper towel. There is space between the 2 rows of half pans to keep your favorite small brush. The finger ring on the underside keeps the box steady in the palm of your hand while painting. A waterproof acetate color map is included inside.
