Caran d'Ache Neopastel are a round, water-resistant oil pastel that can create soft and velvety textures without crumbling and can be dissolved in white mineral spirits. Made from extra-fine pigments and inert oil, Neopastels are have brilliant colors and great coverage. Flexible: the point, the bevelled cut or the flat side of the pastel may all be used. Unlimited blending, shading, templates, for impregnating and shading and "fingerwork" on numerous media.
