Caran d'Ache Neocolor II Pastels are made of high-quality water-soluble wax oil pastel that are creamy in texture while creating no dust. These pastels have superior covering power, bright colors and excellent lightfastness. Neocolor II can create dry or wet drawings on any type of material (paper, cardboard, glass, wood, leather, fabric, stone, etc.) and allows for watercolor, coating, glazing, scraping, soaking, ink-wash, monotype, solid painting, rainbow technique and applications on light panels.
Like the first generation, the NEOCOLOR II water-soluble wax oil pastels foster the spirit of freedom: freedom of style, in the choice of colours and in the scope of application. The brush stroke provides the finishing touch, presenting the pigments in a new light.
