Black Ink Marbled Momi Paper 24"x36" Peach/Yellow/Silver
Warm glowing colors in a sunset palette of yellow, peachy orange and metallic silver brighten up this crinkled momi paper. Lightweight, soft and malleable, this hand marbled paper lends itself to a multitude of creative art uses.
Oil-based paints are added to a tub of water. The oil based paint, which floats atop the water, is moved around to create a swirling pattern. The uncolored base sheet of paper is then laid atop the water, grabbing the swirling paint pattern, then quickly removed. The sheet is then set aside to dry. Once dry, additional colors are added using the tie-dye process. The sheet is then crumpled to produce it's soft cotton-like feel, and set aside to dry once more.
