Learn painterly pastels! In this class, learn how to block in an expressive underpainting to achieve a dynamic finish. Join Denise as she shows you how a great painting starts at the very beginning. You will learn how to block in your composition with a quick and expressive underpainting using hard pastels, a stiff brush and rubbing alcohol.
Materials Provided:Sennelier Soft Pastell, Cretacolor Carre hard pastel, Stabilo pastel pencil, 9x12 Canson Mi Teintes Pastel Velvet, #6 flat bristle brush
Please note this in person class is limited to 12 students. Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
