This Neutral Paint has no color and will dry clear. It's perfect for mixing with other colors or when mixing with certain pigments. Angelus Leather Acrylic Paint will not crack or peel when prepped and applied properly to your custom sneakers. Once completely dry, Angelus Neutral Leather Paint will be completely water proof.
