Liquitex Professional Heavy Body paint in Cerulean Blue (164) is a single pigment, opaque rich blue with green undertones. Its name derives from the Latin caeruleum meaning sky-blue pigment and was originally made in the 19th century by mixing cobalt blue with tin oxide. It is essentially a tint of cobalt blue.
