How we're making it work right now.
Hello Art Supply Warehouse friends.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, we're forced to run things a bit differently. We have a small crew holding things together. ALL ORDERS ARE TAKING AT LEAST 24 HOURS TO PROCESS AND MAY TAKE UP TO 72 HOURS.
You will be notified when your order is ready or has shipped. Bear with us, we're working as fast as we can right now.
The retail store is closed to the public. Our hours have changed to Monday through Sunday 10:00am to 5:00pm for packing and shipping orders. We are not taking phone orders, so all purchases must be done through the website.
Our reduced staff is processing orders as fast as they can. Please be patient with us and allow additional time to get your products together. All orders will ship (or prepped for pickup) as complete as possible and unavailable items will be cancelled. You will only be charged for the items you receive. Thanks for your understanding.
If you want curbside pickup, when you place your order choose Curbside Pickup
at checkout. We will then contact you when your order is ready and explain when and where to pickup. Please allow us additional time to process your order. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Out of stock items will be cancelled and you will not be charged for them.
