Winsor & Newton Professional Watercolour Block is a 140lb (300 g/m) hot-pressed 9" x 12" (23cm x 31cm) block that is the smoothest watercolor paper with almost no tooth. With its even surface, it is often used for consistent washes and fine detail. This 20 sheet, gummed block keeps the paper stretched as it dries so that the finished piece can be removed free from any buckling.
Winsor & Newton Professional Watercolor Paper is a 100% cotton from a traditional mould made for greater strength and durability. It is internally and externally sized for optimal water absorbency, pigment dispersion and lasting color adherence.
Paper is free from acids, chlorine, and optical brighteners, offering a bright natural whiteness of archival quality that does not yellow, degrade or alter over time.
