Winsor & Newton Professional Watercolour Block is a 140lb (300 g/m) cold-pressed 10" x 14" (26cm x 36cm) block that has a medium grain with a less pronounced tooth than rough paper, and is an all-round paper for both detail and textured effects. This 20 sheet, gummed block keeps the paper stretched as it dries so that the finished piece can be removed free from any buckling.
Winsor & Newton Professional Watercolor Paper is a 100% cotton from a traditional mould made for greater strength and durability. It is internally and externally sized for optimal water absorbency, pigment dispersion and lasting color adherence.
Paper is free from acids, chlorine, and optical brighteners, offering a bright natural whiteness of archival quality that does not yellow, degrade or alter over time.
