Liquitex Professional Heavy Body paint in Cadmium Red Light (152) is an intense red single pigment color with orange tones. Cadmium was discovered in 1817 as a by-product of the zinc industry and is popular due to its stable opacity. All cadmium colors are identical except for the particle size of the pigment: the finer the size, the lighter the color.
