Enamel paints are made with a resin enamel substance which results in the paint drying hard and sometimes glossy. Some versions of enamel paints have been created with oil paint and varnish. Enamel paint can be used for a wide array of projects. This includes coating pewter miniatures, lettering, graphic design, industrial finishes and crafts.
Also available are lacquer paints, which are similar to enamel paints in appearance. It is known that lacquer can be a natural sealant and is highly toxic if inhaled too much. It is best to use these paints in a well-ventilated environment to reduce the fumes around you and your work area.
